Devices & Hardware – 30-Day Warranty
Defective devices or hardware may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not include:
Cosmetic imperfections
Accidental damage
Issues caused by misuse or user error
Products showing signs of wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, or damage from improper use) will not be accepted.
After 30 days, please contact the product manufacturer directly for warranty claims or technical support.
Unopened & Unused Products
Items other than devices may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damaged DMT Cartridges
Claims for damaged cartridges must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
